Arturo Herviz Reyes realiz\u00f3 un homenaje luctuoso a Hugo Vergara Cabrera ex presidente municipal de este municipio en el periodo 1998-2000.<\/p>\n<p>Personal del ayuntamiento, familiares, amigos, el gremio taxista y el presidente municipal se congregaron en un homenaje breve pero muy significativo en honor al C.P Hugo Vergara que tristemente se nos adelant\u00f3 en el camino.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abSe ha ido un hombre que camin\u00f3 en la lucha por la transformaci\u00f3n de Cabada. Hugo donde quiera que est\u00e9s sabes que aqu\u00ed estamos tus amigos y siempre vamos a recordarte como el hombre \u00edntegro que eras\u00bb, afirm\u00f3 el Lic. Arturo Herviz<\/p>\n<p>El alcalde pidi\u00f3 \u00abno un minuto de silencio pero s\u00ed un minuto de aplausos\u00bb, concluyendo el breve homenaje antes de partir a su viaje final.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00c1ngel R.
