Javier Sandoval Garc\u00eda, encargado del despacho del Registro Agrario Nacional, Ing. Juan Romero Movis, Jefe de Residencia de la Procuradur\u00eda Agraria con sede en San Andr\u00e9s Tuxtla en su representaci\u00f3n el Ing. Claudio Francisco Mendoza Piedra, Representante de la Procuradur\u00eda Agraria en el Estado de Veracruz, C. Manuel Mendoza Ortiz, Comisariado Ejidal de La Concepci\u00f3n, C. Crescencio Deceano Atilano, Consejo de Vigilancia, Gladys Karina Garc\u00eda Malpica, Agente Municipal de La Concepci\u00f3n y en la comunidad de Loma de los Ingleses, C. Amadeo Santiago Pulido, Comisariado Ejidal, C.
